02 — What we do

Three things, done properly.

— 01

Design

Feed posts, carousels, story templates, highlight covers and reel frames — built on a system so the grid holds together three months from now.

— 02

Paid social

Meta and TikTok, creative-first. We test hooks weekly, kill what stalls, scale what works, and report in plain language every Monday.

— 03

Strategy

Content pillars, monthly calendars, captions and hooks tuned to your voice and the algorithm. The plan that makes the design and the spend worth it.

CalendarsPillarsCaptionsHooksCommunity
03 — Process

Built for small teams.

Four weeks from first call to a channel that runs on a system instead of a vibe.

— Audit

We listen.

A 60-minute call, then a full read of your channels, your competitors and the last 90 days of paid performance. Nothing gets designed before we know what is actually broken.

— Strategy

We plan.

A four-week content calendar, a paid test matrix and a design system. You approve the direction before a single asset is made.

— Make

We build.

Posts, carousels, reels and ads — designed, written and scheduled. Everything lives in one board: comment in one place, approve in one click.

— Optimise

We iterate.

Weekly reviews. Winners get scaled, losers get killed, the calendar evolves monthly. That is where compounding actually lives.

04 — Kind words

“They rebuilt our launch in six weeks and the DMs tripled. They understand the algorithm and they understand the brand — rare combo.”

Placeholder — Am/o Cosmetici

“We had worked with three agencies. None of them moved CPA the way this team did in month one. They actually open Ads Manager.”

Placeholder — Elemis Interpharma

“The grid finally looks like the company we say we are. Sales stopped explaining and started sending links.”

05 — FAQ

Good questions.

Yes — most of the work is remote and we run channels in English, Albanian and Italian. Time zones have never been the problem; unclear goals have.

Monthly retainers scoped to the channel, quoted after the first call and the audit. No public tiers, because no two channels need the same thing.

We run Meta and TikTok paid social end to end — creative, targeting, daily optimisation and a weekly report you can actually read. Spend stays on your account.

We do, tuned to your voice, then you approve. If you have an in-house writer we plug into their calendar instead.

Audit within a week of the call, first assets live inside two. We take a limited number of channels per quarter to keep that true.

The notes.
